Este sin duda es el plato id\u00f3neo para los amantes de la carne y el queso.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Frijoles Puercos<\/h2>\n<p>Como su nombre lo indica, se trata de <strong>un plato de frijoles el cual es mezclado con chorizo, queso, manteca y at\u00fan.<\/strong> Este plato suele ser m\u00e1s delicioso si se es acompa\u00f1ado con birria o pastel de at\u00fan.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Caguamanta<\/h2>\n<p>Se trata de un <strong>estofado de mantarralla <\/strong>que lleva zanahoria y ch\u00edcharos. Este plato se sirve con cebolla, lim\u00f3n y tortillas.
